We provide a one-hour, free consultation during which we get to meet each other; we learn about the scope of your project, and you get to ask questions about Waxman Associates.
We prepare a letter of understanding outlining the services we will provide, the estimated hours / week we will spend on each item, and our hourly rate. After we both sign the letter, we will commence work.
